I've enjoyed my time at the Flats so far. I do think garage lighting could be better and carpeting in the hallways on each ... floor are not in the best shape. My issues has been and still is the water pressure in the master bathroom particularly the shower. There are days when it's pretty good and other days when there is hardly any pressure at all. Sometimes it's the same in the kitchen. Other than that I enjoy the spaciousness of my apartment -- I love having the amenities though I do not use them like I should. I don't use the trash pick-up because most of the time I get home after the trash has been picked up so I take my trash to the chute. Not asking for a change in hours -- maybe not have it added to our monthly rent if we don't/can't use it. Read More about

Quick response for fixing things in apartment but no response when reported lighting outages in the garage. Housekeepers ... do a good job of cleaning the halls and stairwells. Trash is usually cleaned up in the garage quickly. Friendly office maintenance and housekeeping staff. Read More about

I have lived here since June 2024 and it has been an amazing experience. The proximity to shopping and 95 are very convenient. ... The leasing office staff and maintenance crew are exceptional! Even the housekeeping and valet trash service! Just everyone is so great!! They are very understanding whenever you have a maintenance concern or budget issues when renewing leases. I cannot stress more how amazing it is living here. I enjoy all the events they have for residents like halloween trunk parties and other little treats throughout the year. The amenities are excellent. Concierge is very convenient there are 2 gyms fully equipped parking is a breeze in the garage and its very quiet. I feel safe here as a single female with the key fob security. I think its been the best living apt experience so far since 2010! Please consider the location b/c the professionalism and upkeep are definitely top notch. Shoutout to Deshawn & Rua! They are so amazing and grateful for their help! Read More about
